You’ve prayed to let go, but the past still lingers.
"Leave it at the altar" sounds simple, but how do you actually do it?
Life looks fine on the surface, but deep down, you sense there’s more—you just can’t quite figure out how to get there.
You’re longing for peace and purpose but feel stuck in neutral, unable to move forward.
You’re not broken, and you’re not alone. You just need clarity, compassion, and language for what you’ve lived through.
When you start making sense of your story, healing becomes possible.

Many people feel torn between spiritual growth and emotional healing, unsure where one ends and the other begins. Participants walk away with a clearer understanding of how faith can support healing in practical and meaningful ways.
-
This talk looks at how early experiences shape emotional patterns, relationships, and coping strategies. When people understand how the past influences the present, it reduces shame and confusion about why they react the way they do. Participants leave with language for their story and a clearer sense of how healing and forward movement are possible.
-
This talk examines how shame forms and how it quietly shapes identity, behavior, and self worth. Shame keeps people stuck in patterns of self blame, hiding, or striving to be enough. Participants walk away with insight into the shame cycle and practical ways to respond with truth and compassion.
-
This talk addresses wounds that occur in faith spaces and the impact they can have on trust, identity, and spiritual connection. Participants leave with language for these experiences and a framework for healing that honors both emotional safety and faith.
-
This talk explores how belief systems, meaning making, and spiritual practices influence emotional health. Research shows that faith and community can be protective factors when integrated in healthy ways. Participants leave with a clearer understanding of how faith can support resilience and emotional well being without pressure or prescription.
-
This talk explains how the nervous system responds to stress, trauma, and ongoing pressure. When people understand what is happening in their bodies, their reactions begin to make sense rather than feel like personal failure.
