Maybe you just need a moment to breathe.

A small, intimate faith and creativity workshop in Central Texas, for women who are showing up for everyone and quietly wondering when someone will make space for them.

September 19, 2026‍ ‍9:00 AM - 12:00 PM‍ ‍Central Texas Limited to 6 participants

There is something in you that is very, very tired.

Not just tired from the schedule. Tired from carrying things that are hard to name.

Maybe you have been giving and showing up and pushing through for so long that you have almost forgotten what it feels like to stop. To exhale. To notice what is happening inside you, not just around you.

Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself, like you are going through the motions but something quiet and important is missing.

Maybe hope feels hard to hold right now. Not because you have given up on it, but because you are not sure you have room for it. You are too busy keeping everyone else afloat.

Maybe you sense that something in you is longing. For something gentle, something real, something that is just for you. Something that does not require you to have the right words or look like you have it all together.

If any part of that resonates, this workshop was created with you in mind.

A space where faith, creativity, and tender places are welcome.

Introducing

Bridges of Hope is an experiential extension of the healing-informed work I do as a licensed counselor and author. It is a place, both physical and intentional, where faith, creativity, reflection, and gentle practice meet.

This is not a therapy group. It is not a class. It is not a performance.

It is a guided creative experience designed to create space for what is already in you, to be noticed, held, and gently shaped.

I am Eleanor L. Brown, a Licensed Professional Counselor, author, speaker, and the person who created this space because I believe healing often happens slowly, in small and quiet moments, and that creativity can give shape to what is hard to say.

Bridges of Hope is for people who are ready for something real.

The experience

This workshop is a guided, gentle progression.

From the moment you arrive, the pace will slow. You will not be rushed, evaluated, or expected to share more than feels safe. This is a space built for noticing, not performing.

🌿

Guided grounding and arrival

You will be welcomed into the space with time to settle, slow down, and become present. There is no rush.
