We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
Physical products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in as-new condition and returned in their original packaging.
Digital products, including downloadable materials, are non-refundable due to their nature as instant-access goods.
Tickets to events, workshops, or conferences are non-refundable, but may be transferable at our discretion.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at elly@eleanorbrowncounseling.com or use our Contact Form to request a return.
Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
We will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exceptions
Items damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
